You will find definitions for the terms used (for ex. “personal data” or “processing“) in Article 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Access data:
On the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Par. 1f, GDPR), we, the website operator, record data regarding access to the website and log it in the form of “server logfiles” on the website server. This concerns the following types of data:

  • Website visited
  • Date at time when the website was accessed
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/link via which the site was accessed
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used
Server logfiles are kept on record for a maximum of 7 days, after which they will be deleted. Data is saved for security reasons, for example, in resolving cases of misuse. Should data be used as evidence, it will not be deleted until the incident has been resolved.

Coverage measurements and cookies:
This website uses cookies to pseudonymise coverage measurement, these being transferred from our server or from a third party’s server to the user’s browser. Cookies are small files that are saved on your device to be accessed by your browser. We use cookies to make the website more user-friendly and more secure. If you do not want cookies to be used for measuring coverage on your device, you can object to the use of these files here:

Recording and processing personal data
The website operator records, uses and transfers your data to third parties only if this is lawful or if you have provided your express consent. Personal data means any information that can be used to establish your personal identity or can be traced back to you – for example, your name, e-mail address or telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing personal information. In order to optimise our online offer, however, we do record (non-personal) data about access to the website. This includes information on access such as the file requested or the name of your internet provider. Because the data is made anonymous, it is not possible to trace it back to you.

Handling contact information
Should you contact us as site operator using the possibilitie(s) offered on the site, your information will be recorded solely for the purpose of processing and answering your request.

Your rights as user
As user, it is your right to request and receive information at no cost about any personal data recorded concerning you. You also have the right to correct mistaken data, to limit the use of your data and to have your personal data deleted. If relevant, you can also exercise your rights concerning data portability. If you believe that there has been a legal breach in the use of your data, you can register a complaint at the relevant supervisory authority.

Data erasure
As long as your intention does not collide with a legal requirement concerning data storage (for example, data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Any data that we record is erased as soon as it is no longer necessary for its given purpose and in the absence of legal retention deadlines. If the data cannot be deleted because it is necessary for a particular authorised and lawful use, the processing of this data will be subject to limitation. In this case, the data will be blocked and not used for any other purpose.

Right of revocation
Users of this website can make use of their right of revocation and can object at any time to the use of their personal data. If you would like to correct, block, delete or be informed about your personal data, or if you have any questions concerning the collection, processing or use of your personal data, or if you would like to revoke consents granted, please contact: info@projectori.com
