Project Cycle Management

Through my involvement in the specific fields mentioned above, I have garnered extensive experience in project management techniques, mostly based on the gtz (now giz)*-born Project Cycle Management methodology, including the Logical Framework Approach, but also by developing and refining my own management tools along the way. Training in this area also belongs to my range of services, as well as creating and adapting tools for implementing specific development projects.
